I stopped by OMG Donut Shop today after noticing they had been closed for a little over a week. I was happy to see they had reopened, and I have to say the donuts were fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the shop took away from the experience. We decided to sit down, and it was immediately noticeable that the floors hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. For me, cleanliness is a big part of choosing where to eat. When the dining area appears dirty, it naturally makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen as well. One other thing I’d like to mention is the checkout experience. I understand businesses appreciate tips, but I personally think having a tip jar on the counter feels less awkward than prompting customers for a tip on the credit card terminal while the employee says, “It’s going to ask you a question.” It can make customers feel obligated to tip for counter service, when the employee is already doing the job they were hired to do. The donuts themselves were excellent, and I genuinely hope the shop succeeds. I just think that paying a little more attention to the cleanliness of the dining area and creating a more comfortable checkout experienc

Great donuts and service, at nearly identical prices to other donut chains despite being a local small business. The quality of things sold here is very high, and things like their apple fritters contain quite a lot of apple, unlike other donut shops. The maple bacon donut and the apple fritters are very popular, so you can't go wrong with either. The coffee beans they use are roasted locally and obtained on a near daily basis, so the coffee is great too. If you're in the area, visit here, you won't regret it. Note that they do sell out of everything no matter how much they make, so arriving earlier is better.

I love this place. The coffee ☕ is as good as their hand crafted doughnuts. Every customer took their time finding just the right size, shape, frosting and filling for their order.

OMG….that name is perfect, because that’s all I or you can say once you’ve visited. The atmosphere and ambiance was warm and welcoming. They have a lounge couch and a table if you desire to dine in and relax while sharing a fresh warm, soft, moist, donut that melts in your mouth. OMG! I had the Boston cream and they fill the donut with cream IN FEONT OF YOU! choose your filling. I had the ovarian cream and it was perfect. No need for milk or anything. The customer service was delightful. They educate you on the process and willing to go the xtra mile. I totally recommend and advise you go.

First time here and the donuts were very tasty. Fluffy, big, and not dry. Placed order online and pickup was easy. Also ordered Thai Tea and it was pretty good! Definitely recommend stopping by if your in the area. I did order early in the morning, so no problem with selections. My husband has been looking for a strawberry shortcake donut with filling and he was not disappointed.
